Isn’t it ridiculous when people publish more books than they have read in their entire life? I bet the guy hasn’t even read the books he published, let alone cooked the recipes.
This is the case with all the recipe web sites, too. Most of them claim to have 30K to 100K recipes, however no human being ever tested those recipes before publishing them, so not surprisingly 99% of those are crap. Recipezaardotcom, for example, ask you to pay $24.95 per year to be able to view the photos with the recipes. The ugly thing about it is that those images aren’t even theirs. They are submitted by users for free. For real gourmet recipes and real cooking with great images go to Finest Chef or for Pasta recipes with pictures visit Chef Maestro.
Seashell Pasta, filled with gourmet mushroom mix and cream cheese in spinach and cream sauce.
